2012.  My first "year" in business.  Actually, it was 2 1/2 months.  In many ways, it felt like a year.  I still can't believe I'm really doing this.  I am living my dream.  I feel so blessed to be doing this, and so honored that so many of you have trusted me with your special moments.

I ended 2012 a portrait session for a very special family; the photos shown in the slideshow.  It is always a blessing to experience the coming together of family.  This one in particular, is separated most of the time by a few hundred miles.

Seeing them in each others' company close to the holiday, and being able to weave that meeting into a tapestry of fun photos is a "work" experience I will never forget.  I pray that each of you was able to enjoy your family for the holidays too!

I have so MANY plans for 2013, which will be my first full year in business.  I am working hard at educating myself in order to bring you, my clients, what you deserve - beautiful memories, forever preserved.  I have several mini session ideas that I hope to bring to fruition this year.  I also anticipate upcoming birth/hospital and newborn sessions.  I hope to put together a "Baby's First Year" package that will be the perfect baby shower gift for any mom-to-be.  As always, I am available to listen to your ideas, and help you make them a reality.

There are times in our lives that seem so vivid right now, while you're living them, and you think you will never forget every detail.  With the passing of time, we find the small details can get lost in the big picture.  The best way to ensure that those memories last a lifetime, is to have them digitally documented.  I can assist you with designing a gallery, however big or small, of your favorite shots.  You can order prints, framed prints, or even canvases.  The array of sizes and styles is vast.  There is something to fit every budget and every bare wall.

I'd like to remind you all that travel within a 25-mile radius from my home is included in all session fees.  Let me come to you.  Pictures in your home, or your back yard will give your portraits that special, personalized touch.  If you are planning a family gathering, large or small, contact me about photographing your get-together.  Perhaps you have family visiting from out-of-town that you would like to have photographed.  Maybe you have a group of your closest friends together for a birthday party or reunion.  I would love to help you document these times, so the memories can be celebrated long after they're made!
